"I Wish the Mall Could Be My Ringtone"

I finally got to go out in Raleigh and I went on a slight spending spree. Well, it was one for me. It was St. Patrick's Day, and Alli, Genny, and I decided it would be appropriate to go to P.F. Chang. So, I spent some money on our family style dishes of orange peel chicken, Chang's chicken, and a really weird shrimp dish with melon and walnuts. Mmmm, nothing like Chinese food on an Irish holiday. Then we decided to walk around the mall, and I ended up buying a screen protector for my iPhone at the Apple store, where I also checked out the new MacBook Air. It really is the thinnest computer I've ever seen. It might be a nice accessory for my iPhone...maybe someday. I also got a Beatles t-shirt at Forever XXI. I really can't get enough Beatles wardrobe. Then I was convinced by the sales women at Victoria's Secret to buy a new bra. And those bras are not cheap. But I really did need a new one, so, there you have it. And the night was topped off with drinks and dessert at the Cheesecake Factory. It was a good night in Raleigh.

Now I'm back in New York again for THREE days off. I'm pretty excited. Today I'm doing nothing, which should be nice. Tomorrow I'm going to my friend Natalie's birthday party and also seeing Bo for the first time since we broke up. Yes, we did break up about a month ago. It didn't end badly. Bo just didn't really want a relationship. So, that was that. But I'm looking forward to seeing him tomorrow. We're going to go to dinner before the party. I'm thinking we're going to remain friends, which would be a first for me. I've never been friends with an ex. But I think we're going to have to stay friends otherwise things could get really awkward. I mean, I'm friends with his friends, we go to the same church, we live in the same neighborhood. We're still going see each other, so it may as well be pleasant when we do.
